Your team
Mailbox access
Every organization member has access to all its domains and inboxes.
Every organization member can read and send email from all domains and inboxes in that organization. New inboxes are shared automatically. Other organizations stay separate.
How access works
- Add a colleague from Settings → Workspace & team → Members.
- They get all existing domains and inboxes immediately.
- Any inbox added later is shared with every member.
- Remove a member to revoke their inbox access and API keys in that organization.
There are no per-inbox permission switches. Only add people who should have access to the entire workspace.
Roles
| Role | Can manage domains and addresses | Sees mailboxes |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Yes | All organization inboxes |
| Admin | Yes | All organization inboxes |
| Member | No | All organization inboxes |
Only the owner can purchase capacity, open Stripe receipts or cancel a subscription. Admin rights do not grant billing access.
Manage existing members
Open Settings → Workspace & team → Members to review members and roles. Every person counts toward the team member limit.
Your plan includes just you. Plans for teams are not sold yet; contact support if you need more people. Where your workspace has room, choose Add member for someone with an existing MailMoose account. They must sign up first; the current direct-add flow does not send an invitation email.
Good practice
- Use role addresses for shared work.
support@outlasts whoever is answering it this year. - Keep private mail in a separate workspace, not a shared organization.
- Review access when someone changes role or leaves.
