Settings
Workspace & team
Your organization name, branding and team permissions.
Open Settings → Workspace & team to view your workspace, role, sending status and daily send limit. Your private solo workspace is created automatically. You do not have to create an organization to use Billing.
Name and branding
Owners and admins can edit the organization name and optional website. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF logo up to 1 MB; a square image works best. When no custom logo is uploaded, the app can use the website’s icon.
Members can view organization details but cannot edit them.
Roles and mailbox access
| Action | Owner | Admin | Member |
|---|---|---|---|
| Edit organization details | Yes | Yes | No |
| Manage domains and addresses | Yes | Yes | No |
| Purchase capacity, view Stripe receipts, cancel | Yes | No | No |
| Read or send from any organization inbox | Yes | Yes | Yes |
All members automatically have access to all organization domains and inboxes, including those added later. Roles control administration, not inbox visibility. Other workspaces remain separate.
The Members section shows people and roles. The free and paid plans include one person: you. Plans for teams are not sold yet; contact support if you need to add people. Where your workspace has room for more people, use Add member for someone who has already signed up to MailMoose. They get all inboxes automatically. No invitation email is sent by this direct-add flow.
When the team is full, the page offers an upgrade. Membership additions are serialized and checked against paid seats on the server. Existing pending auth-service invitations cannot bypass these checks; ask the person to sign up, then add them from Settings.
See mailbox access and Billing.
Sending status
The displayed limit covers all organization senders over a rolling 24-hour window. Suspension prevents sending even when a subscription is paid. See sending limits.
