Get started

Quick start

From your first domain to a working inbox.

1. Sign up

Create your account. Every workspace starts on the free plan: one domain, two inboxes, 50 sends and 250 received emails a month, with no card. When you need more, the owner upgrades from the pricing page or Settings → Billing: $9/month or $90/year plus VAT, with unlimited domains and inboxes and 500 sending recipients each billing month. The first 20 subscribers pay $5/month. See Billing.

2. Add a domain

Open Domains → Add domain and enter a domain you own. Guided setup shows your next step.

3. Prepare your inboxes

Say whether this is a new email setup or a move from another service. Create the addresses you need. The free plan includes two; the owner can upgrade in Billing for unlimited addresses.

4. Connect DNS and turn on receiving

Add the exact records shown at your DNS host. Use one-click setup if offered, or copy them manually. An external agent can help if it also has authorized access to your DNS provider.

Moving existing mail? Prepare all required addresses before changing MX. Save old MX records for rollback. See move incoming mail.

First add ownership and sending records. Once verified, continue to the separate receiving step and switch MX when ready. Keep setup open for automatic checks, or use the manual check. Your progress is saved.

5. Test both directions

Review and send a setup test to an address you control, then reply from that account. MailMoose checks for the reply. Check the recipient’s inbox and spam: provider acceptance alone does not prove inbox delivery.

Once both directions work, use All inboxes or select an individual inbox.

Optional: connect your AI

Open Assistant to connect a compatible AI client through MailMoose sign-in. No AI-provider API key is needed. Continue the conversation in your AI app, not inside MailMoose. Follow the Assistant guide for setup, permissions and safe sending.
