What is MailMoose

Email on your own domains, in one workspace.

MailMoose brings email from your own domains into one workspace. Read conversations, write formatted replies and connect compatible external agents through MCP.

What is available

  • Guided DNS setup and automatic verification checks.
  • A unified inbox, search, unread and attachment filters, archive and saved drafts.
  • Rich-text email, sender selection and a 10-second web-composer undo window.
  • Confirmed external forwarding, with originals kept in MailMoose.
  • Mailbox-level access, API keys and external agent connections.
  • An Assistant connection hub for your own MCP-compatible AI agent, without sharing AI-provider credentials.
  • Subscription capacity and Stripe billing controls, once payments are configured.

Pricing

Every account starts on a free plan: one domain, two inboxes, 50 sends and 250 received emails a month, with no card. The paid plan costs $9/month or $90/year, plus VAT, with unlimited domains and inboxes, 5 GB storage, 5,000 received emails and 500 sending recipients each billing month; the first 20 subscribers pay $5/month. Extra sending costs $0.003 per recipient and extra receiving $0.0005 per email, paid from prepaid credit.

Sending requires paid access and is subject to sending limits. See Billing for examples.

What not to assume

Configurable aliases and old-mail imports are not currently offered. Existing mailboxes can forward new mail to a confirmed external inbox. The Assistant connects external agents through MCP; conversations run in the AI client, not inside MailMoose. It does not give MailMoose access to the client's AI subscription. Unlimited sending and measured infrastructure throughput are not promised.
