FAQ

Pricing questions

  • What is the difference between the plans?

Indie is the email subscription you can start today, with unlimited domains and inboxes. Team access is coming soon: Scale-up for up to 10 people and Business for up to 25 people. These are add-ons to your email subscription. Interested? Talk to us.

  • What counts as usage?

Sending counts per recipient: an email to three people counts as three, with Cc, Bcc and forwarded copies included. Receiving counts each email delivered to one of your inboxes. Domains, inboxes, storage up to 5 GB, reading and searching your mail, and API and MCP calls are free.

  • What if I need more than my plan includes?

Top up in Billing: 2,000 sends for $6 or 10,000 received emails for $5, plus VAT. Top-ups are one-time payments, never automatic. Without credit, sending pauses and new incoming mail is held instead of delivered.

  • Does unused usage roll over?

Top-ups do, for as long as you stay subscribed. The 500 sends and 5,000 received emails included with your plan reset every month, on yearly plans too.

  • How fast can I send?

Up to 100 recipients an hour. The limit keeps deliverability good for everyone on MailMoose. Need more? Talk to us.

  • Is it cheaper than Resend?

Usually, once you run several projects or many inboxes. Domains and inboxes are unlimited here, while Resend includes 3 inboxes, charges $1 a month for each one after that, caps domains by plan and counts received email toward its quota. Resend charges less per email, though, so a single app sending more than a few thousand emails a month costs less there. The calculator above shows both.

  • What is the founder price?

The first 20 subscribers to Indie pay $5 a month or $50 a year instead of $9 or $90, with everything Indie includes, for as long as they stay subscribed.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in Billing whenever you like, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. In the first 30 days you can also ask for a full refund, for any reason.
