Attachments

Received files appear with their message. Select one to download. Only users with mailbox access can request a download.

Download links

Links normally expire after five minutes. Reopen the file from MailMoose if a link expires. Anyone given an unexpired link may be able to use it, so treat it as private.

Limits and safety

Processing skips individual incoming attachments larger than 30 MB. Upstream providers can limit the entire message, including encoding overhead, so this does not guarantee every 30 MB file will arrive.

Do not open unexpected files merely because they arrived here. Authentication and provider scanning do not prove a file is safe.

Sending attachments

The current web composer does not offer file uploads. Received downloads and provider-level capabilities do not imply a web upload feature.
